Contact usWhat happens when my licence expires?
The plugin keeps working exactly as before. You stop receiving updates and support until you renew. We never disable a plugin remotely.
Is it a subscription with automatic charges?
No. It is a one-year licence you renew manually. We e-mail you 30 and 7 days before expiry with a discounted renewal link.
Can I move a licence to another site?
Yes. Deactivate the site under My Account → Licences (or from the plugin settings) and activate it elsewhere. Staging sites on *.local, *.test and subdomains named staging/dev do not count.
Can I pay once instead of every year?
Yes. Every plugin has a Lifetime option at 2.5 times the yearly price: one payment, no renewals, updates and support for as long as the plugin is maintained.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a plugin does not work for your store, we refund the full amount, as long as the licence has not been used on more than one production site. The same goes for Lifetime licences.
Do you invoice EU businesses without VAT?
Enter your VAT number at checkout. Valid EU VAT numbers are invoiced with reverse charge; the invoice is attached to your order e-mail.
Need a plugin that does not exist yet?
We build custom WooCommerce integrations: couriers, invoicing, marketplaces. If it is generic enough, it ends up in the catalogue and you get it at cost.
