Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

1. Who we are

These terms govern every purchase and every use of a licence key, the Wexofy Hub and this website (wexofy.com) and form the contract between you and MB Fungusas, company code 306354172, registered office Svyturio g. 28, Noreikiškės, Lithuania, e-mail info@wexofy.com (“Wexofy”, “we”, “us”). “You” means the person or business that places the order or uses the licence.

2. What you are buying

Wexofy sells plugins for WooCommerce and WordPress. The plugin code is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPL), which lets you use, study, modify and redistribute the code. What you pay for with a Wexofy licence key is:

  • automatic updates and the download of new versions through the Wexofy Hub or the plugin itself;
  • e-mail support for the plugin; and
  • use of the key on the number of production sites stated on the product page (for example Single 1, Agency 5, Unlimited 25).

The name “Wexofy”, our logo and our website content are not GPL and may not be used without our written permission, other than to truthfully refer to our products.

3. Ordering and prices

Prices are shown in euro or US dollars. Where VAT applies it is calculated according to your country and status and shown at checkout before you pay. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by e-mail and the payment is accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or a failed payment.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. An invoice is issued for every order and is available in your account and by e-mail.

5. Delivery

Everything is delivered digitally. Your licence key and the plugin download become available in My Account → Licences and in your order e-mail as soon as the payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped.

6. Licence term, sites and fair use

  • A licence runs for one year from the date of purchase, unless you choose the Lifetime option or the product page says otherwise.
  • A Lifetime licence does not expire. It includes all updates and e-mail support for the plugin (or, for the Complete Bundle, for every plugin in it) for as long as we sell and maintain that plugin. If we ever stop selling or maintaining a plugin, the last version keeps working and the licence stays valid.
  • A “site” is one production WordPress installation (one domain). Staging, development and local copies do not count.
  • A licence key is for you and your own clients’ sites within the site limit of your plan. Do not publish or resell the key. If a key is shared publicly or used beyond its site limit we may deactivate it after notifying you.
  • Deactivating a plugin or a site in the Hub frees the slot for another site.

7. Renewals

Annual licences do not renew automatically and we never charge you without an order from you. Lifetime licences need no renewal. We send renewal offers by e-mail before expiry. After expiry the plugin keeps working as it was; updates and support are suspended until you renew. Renewal offers are made at the price and discount shown in your account.

8. Refunds and your right to cancel

Our Refund policy gives you 30 days to request a full refund, on the conditions stated there. This is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have by law as a consumer. Please note that under EU consumer law the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content ends once delivery has begun with your agreement; our Refund policy applies regardless.

9. Support

Support is provided by e-mail on business days (EET) for the duration of an active licence and covers installation, configuration and defects in our plugins. It does not cover problems caused by third-party plugins, themes or hosting, or custom development, which we quote separately. We aim to reply to licence holders within one business day.

10. Updates and compatibility

We keep our plugins compatible with current versions of WordPress and WooCommerce and may change, add or remove features in new versions. We may stop developing a plugin; if we do, we will announce it and licence holders keep the right to use the last version under the GPL.

11. Warranty and liability

As a consumer you keep all mandatory legal rights for defective digital content under the law of your country. Beyond that, and towards business customers, the software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or business;
  • our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in the preceding 12 months.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury. Always keep backups before installing or updating any plugin.

12. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the accuracy of the information you give us. You can sign in with a password, or with your Google or Facebook account. Tell us at once if you think your account has been misused.

13. Affiliate programme

Participation in our affiliate programme is governed by the rules on the Affiliate Program page in addition to these terms.

14. Privacy and cookies

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, and the cookies we use in our Cookie Policy.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add products or change how licences work. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order and licence period; changes for later renewals are published here with the date above.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live and may bring a claim in the courts of that country. Please contact us first at info@wexofy.com so that we can try to solve the problem. Consumers in Lithuania may also turn to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lrv.lt). For business customers, disputes are decided by the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
