Win back the customers who left, automatically

See what happens after a shopper leaves checkout: pick when they come back and watch the reminders send or cancel. Then open the e-mail and change the coupon, wording and button.

WooCommerce → Flows → Activity
WhenWhat happensStatus

Nothing is sent. On your store the queue sends a small batch every five minutes and skips anyone who already bought or unsubscribed.

Flows is the part of e-mail marketing that pays for itself: a handful of automatic e-mails, each triggered by something a customer did in your store. You switch a flow on, edit the wording, and it runs – no newsletter tool to learn, no list to sync.

Six ready-made flows

Abandoned cart (two reminders), welcome series, post-purchase follow-up, win-back for lapsed customers and a coupon-expiring reminder. Each comes with sensible default wording, a delay you can change and, where it makes sense, a personal coupon.

Personal, single-use coupons

A flow can create a coupon per e-mail: a percentage or fixed amount, locked to the recipient’s e-mail address, one use, with an expiry. No shared code ends up on a coupon site. If the coupon is still unused shortly before it expires, Flows reminds the customer once.

Abandoned carts that actually come back

When a shopper types their e-mail at checkout and leaves, the cart is saved. The reminder’s button rebuilds the cart, applies the coupon and opens checkout. If they buy in the meantime, the reminders are cancelled automatically.

Consent and unsubscribing done properly

An unticked opt-in box at checkout (classic and block checkout), a sign-up form with double opt-in, and every e-mail carries a one-click unsubscribe (the List-Unsubscribe header Gmail and Yahoo ask for) plus your postal address. Marketing flows only go to people who opted in; abandoned carts can be limited to shoppers who ticked the box.

Know what it earns

Every link is tracked. Flows shows, per flow, how many e-mails were sent, how many were clicked and how many orders – and how much revenue – followed, counted when the customer used the e-mail’s coupon or clicked before ordering.

Campaigns for one-off sends

Sometimes you just want to write to your list: a review request with a discount code for everyone who bought more than a week ago, an announcement, a sale. Campaigns lets you pick the audience, add a personal coupon per recipient, schedule it, send yourself a test and then see clicks, orders and revenue. Already have an e-mail list? Import it (after confirming the people agreed) and unsubscribed addresses stay unsubscribed.

Sends through your own service

Flows does not send mail from your web host’s shared server. Connect any SMTP provider – Amazon SES, Brevo, Postmark, Mailgun or your own – under Flows → Settings. The credentials are used for Flows e-mails only; the rest of WordPress is untouched. A queue sends a small batch every five minutes, so a big list never floods the mail server.

Features

Abandoned-cart recovery

Two reminders; the button rebuilds the cart, applies the coupon and opens checkout.

Welcome series with a coupon

A personal, single-use code locked to the subscriber's e-mail address.

Post-purchase and win-back

Follow up after an order, and reach customers who have not bought for a while.

Coupon-expiry reminder

One nudge when a personal coupon is still unused shortly before it expires.

Consent built in

Unticked opt-in at checkout, double opt-in sign-up form, one-click unsubscribe and your postal address in every e-mail.

Clicks and revenue per flow

See which e-mails bring orders, counted by coupon use or a click within seven days.

Your own SMTP

Amazon SES, Brevo, Postmark, Mailgun or any SMTP; used for Flows e-mails only.

A queue, not a blast

A small batch every five minutes, with retries and a log of everything sent, skipped or failed.

One-off campaigns

Write once, send to your list or only your customers, with a personal coupon per recipient. Ask for a review of what they bought and reward it.

Bring your existing list

Paste addresses or upload a CSV after confirming the people agreed. Unsubscribed addresses stay unsubscribed.

Soft opt-in, if your law allows it

An optional checkout notice with an opt-out box lets you e-mail your own customers about similar products, but never abandoned-cart reminders.

Changelog

v2.1.02026-10-08
  • New: "Mystery discount" style for the sign-up pop-up (Settings → Newsletter pop-up). Three face-down cards; the visitor picks one, enters an e-mail and the card turns over to 10, 15 or 20% off, or whatever values and chances you set. The draw happens on the server and sticks to the address, and the Welcome series coupon carries the percent from the card after the double opt-in. Optional corner tab to open it any time, and links ending in #mystery open it straight away.
v2.0.0
  • Now a Pro add-on for the free Wexofy Flows for WooCommerce plugin, which holds the contacts, the queue and the abandoned-cart reminder. Everything else stays in Pro. Contacts, consent records, the send log, campaigns and settings are kept, and links in e-mails already sent keep working.
v1.4.02026-09-27
  • New: a live preview of the newsletter pop-up right next to its settings — updates as you type, before you save.
Show 4 older releases
v1.3.02026-09-27
  • New: the newsletter pop-up is now fully customisable — position (centred with a dimmed background, or a non-blocking bottom corner), background/text/button colours, corner radius, an optional image, backdrop darkness, and a custom CSS box for anything else. Entering an e-mail now counts as consent directly, no separate tick box.
v1.2.02026-09-27
  • New: newsletter sign-up pop-up (Settings → Newsletter pop-up) — choose the trigger (delay, exit-intent or scroll depth), title, text and button, and how often it reappears. Shares the same consent box and double opt-in as `[wxflow_signup]`, never shown on cart/checkout/account or to visitors already subscribed.
v1.1.02026-09-26
  • New: Campaigns — one-off e-mails to your list with audience filters, personal coupons, scheduling, test send and results.
  • New: import an existing e-mail list (paste or CSV) with a consent confirmation.
  • New merge tags {last_product} and {review_url}.
  • New: optional soft opt-in for customers (checkout notice + opt-out box, limited flows and campaigns).
v1.0.02026-09-26
  • First release: welcome series, two abandoned-cart reminders, post-purchase follow-up, win-back and coupon-expiry reminder; personal single-use coupons; checkout opt-in (classic and block checkout); sign-up form with double opt-in; one-click unsubscribe; click and revenue tracking; own SMTP; send queue with log.

Questions about Flows

Something not covered here? Pre-sale questions are answered by the developer — we aim to reply within one business day.

Ask a question
Can I send a one-off e-mail to my list?

Yes. Campaigns lets you write an e-mail once and send it to everyone who agreed to e-mails, only your customers (optionally by how long ago they last ordered) or subscribers who have not ordered yet. You can add a personal coupon per recipient, ask for a review of the product they bought, schedule it and send yourself a test first. You can also import an existing list after confirming the people agreed; anyone who unsubscribed stays unsubscribed.

Is this a newsletter tool?

No — it is automation. Each flow starts from something a customer did in your store (left a cart, bought, joined the list, went quiet) and sends one e-mail at the right moment. For one-off sends there is Campaigns, but no drag-and-drop newsletter designer.

How do the e-mails get delivered?

Through the SMTP provider you connect under Flows → Settings — Amazon SES, Brevo, Postmark, Mailgun or your own server. Flows never sends bulk mail from a shared web host. Set up SPF and DKIM for your sending domain with that provider; the settings page reminds you.

Who receives marketing e-mails?

Only people who opted in: the unticked box at checkout (classic and block checkout), or the sign-up form with double opt-in. Abandoned-cart reminders can be limited to shoppers who ticked the box (the default) or, if your local law allows it, sent to everyone who typed an e-mail. The post-purchase follow-up is a service message and goes to customers who have not unsubscribed.

Can I e-mail my customers without an opt-in tick box?

Only if the law in your country allows it. Many EU countries allow e-mailing your own customers about similar products without prior consent (soft opt-in, ePrivacy Directive Article 13(2)) as long as you told them at checkout and let them say no. Flows has an optional setting for this: a checkout notice with a No thanks box. Those customers receive only the post-purchase, win-back and coupon-expiry flows and campaigns you mark for it, never abandoned-cart reminders, and people who tick No thanks are unsubscribed from everything. It is off by default and you should check with your lawyer before using it.

How is unsubscribing handled?

Every e-mail has an unsubscribe link and the List-Unsubscribe headers that Gmail and Yahoo expect from bulk senders, including one-click unsubscribe. Unsubscribing cancels anything already queued for that address.

How does it know a coupon or e-mail earned an order?

An order counts when the customer used that e-mail's personal coupon, or clicked a link in the e-mail within seven days before ordering. Opens are not tracked — Apple Mail Privacy Protection makes them unreliable.

Does it work with the block checkout?

The opt-in box works with both the classic and the block checkout. Abandoned-cart capture reads the e-mail field on either.

What happens after the first year?

The plugin keeps working exactly as before — we never disable anything remotely. Updates and support pause until you renew. We e-mail you 30 and 7 days ahead with a renewal link at 30% off, and nothing is ever charged automatically. Or choose Lifetime and never renew.

Can I pay once instead of every year?

Yes. Pick Lifetime above: one payment of 2.5× the yearly price, no renewals, and updates and support for as long as the plugin is maintained. Compared with renewing yearly, it becomes the cheaper option from year 4.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes — 30 days. If the plugin does not work for your store, we refund the full amount, as long as the licence has been activated on no more than one production site. It covers Lifetime licences too. Details are in the refund policy.

Do staging and local sites use up a licence slot?

No. Sites on localhost, *.local, *.test and subdomains named staging or dev do not count. A licence moves between sites any time: deactivate the old one under My Account → Licences, then activate the new one.
