Photo Reviews turns the plain WooCommerce review box into a conversion tool. Customers upload photos or a short video with their review, verified buyers are badged automatically, and every completed order triggers a polite review request that rewards the customer with a personal coupon.
An enhancement layer, not a replacement
Reviews stay standard WordPress comments with the WooCommerce rating meta. Rank Math and Yoast schema, the product rating stars and any theme that supports reviews keep working. Deactivate the plugin and every review, photo and vote is still there.
Reviews that arrive by themselves
Request e-mails go out a configurable number of days after the order is completed – 10 and 15 by default. The reward is a personal, single-use coupon whose value depends on what the customer sent: text, photo or video. Minimum order value, expiry and sale-item exclusion are yours to set.
Built for real stores
Spam handling, media validation and resizing, lightbox behaviour on mobile and e-mail deliverability were all fixed in production before this plugin was packaged.

No, it builds on them. Reviews stay standard WordPress comments with the WooCommerce rating meta, so your rating stars and schema plugins keep working. Deactivate it and every review, photo and vote is still there.
How do review requests work?
An e-mail goes out automatically a set number of days after the order is completed (10 and 15 by default). The customer can be rewarded with a personal, single-use coupon whose value depends on what they send: text, a photo or a video.
Are reviews verified?
Reviews from real orders get a verified-buyer badge and are approved automatically; everything else waits for moderation.
Can I show the reviews on another page?
Yes — a photo wall with [frw_wall] and a store-wide rating summary with [frw_store_summary], on any page (there is also a “reviews wall” block).
What happens after the first year?
The plugin keeps working exactly as before — we never disable anything remotely. Updates and support pause until you renew. We e-mail you 30 and 7 days ahead with a renewal link at 30% off, and nothing is ever charged automatically. Or choose Lifetime and never renew.
Can I pay once instead of every year?
Yes. Pick Lifetime above: one payment of 2.5× the yearly price, no renewals, and updates and support for as long as the plugin is maintained. Compared with renewing yearly, it becomes the cheaper option from year 4.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes — 30 days. If the plugin does not work for your store, we refund the full amount, as long as the licence has been activated on no more than one production site. It covers Lifetime licences too. Details are in the refund policy.
Do staging and local sites use up a licence slot?
No. Sites on localhost, *.local, *.test and subdomains named staging or dev do not count. A licence moves between sites any time: deactivate the old one under My Account → Licences, then activate the new one.
