Tell customers when it ships and when it arrives

Set how long you need to ship and how long the courier takes — see the customer e-mail and order page they’d get. Every word of the e-mail is yours to change.

Local pickup order — no estimate is sent.
By default pickup orders are skipped: no owner alert, ignored by the bulk action, and the Ship time column simply says “Pickup”.

Dates are worked out from today, in your browser. Nothing is sent.

Ship Estimate

“When will it arrive?” is the most common support e-mail in a small store. Ship Estimate answers it before it is asked.

Three steps, no dashboard needed

  1. A customer pays. You get an e-mail with the order details and a Set shipping time button.
  2. The button opens a single-order screen – also reachable from the new “Ship time” column. Pick a planned ship date from the calendar, or type how many days until you ship, plus the transit time.
  3. The customer is e-mailed their ship-by date and a delivery window (ship date + transit −1 to +1 day). The estimate is stored on the order and shown on the order-received page and in My Account.

Bulk mode for a shipping day

Tick twenty orders in the list, choose the bulk action, set one ship date and transit time – every customer is e-mailed.

Every word is yours

Subject, greeting, intro, the three row labels, footer and signature are all editable in any language, with placeholders for the customer name, order number, ship date and delivery range. Leave a field blank to fall back to the English default.

Knows about local pickup

Pickup orders are excluded by default: no owner alert, skipped by the bulk action, and the column simply says “Pickup”.

Questions about Ship Estimate

Something not covered here? Pre-sale questions are answered by the developer — we aim to reply within one business day.

Ask a question
What does the customer receive?

An e-mail with the ship-by date and a delivery window (ship date plus transit time, one day either side). The same estimate is shown on the order-received page and in My Account.

Can I set the time for many orders at once?

Yes. Tick the orders, choose the bulk action, set one ship date and transit time — every customer is e-mailed.

Can I change the wording of the e-mail?

Yes. Subject, greeting, intro, the three row labels, footer and signature are editable in any language, with placeholders for the customer name, order number, ship date and delivery range.

How does it treat local pickup orders?

By default they are excluded: no owner alert, skipped by the bulk action, and the column says “Pickup”. It is a setting if you want different behaviour.

What happens after the first year?

The plugin keeps working exactly as before — we never disable anything remotely. Updates and support pause until you renew. We e-mail you 30 and 7 days ahead with a renewal link at 30% off, and nothing is ever charged automatically. Or choose Lifetime and never renew.

Can I pay once instead of every year?

Yes. Pick Lifetime above: one payment of 2.5× the yearly price, no renewals, and updates and support for as long as the plugin is maintained. Compared with renewing yearly, it becomes the cheaper option from year 4.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes — 30 days. If the plugin does not work for your store, we refund the full amount, as long as the licence has been activated on no more than one production site. It covers Lifetime licences too. Details are in the refund policy.

Do staging and local sites use up a licence slot?

No. Sites on localhost, *.local, *.test and subdomains named staging or dev do not count. A licence moves between sites any time: deactivate the old one under My Account → Licences, then activate the new one.
