1. Install the plugin

Download the zip from My Account → Licences, or use the link in your order e-mail. In your store go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the zip, click Install Now, then Activate.

2. Activate your licence

Open the plugin’s Licence screen — there is a link under the plugin on the Plugins page — paste your key in the form XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX and click Activate. The site is registered against your licence and updates are enabled.

Staging and local sites (*.local, *.test, staging., dev., localhost) do not use an activation slot.

3. Updates

Updates appear in Dashboard → Updates like any other plugin while the licence is active. Release notes show in the “View details” dialog.

4. Moving to another site

Deactivate the licence in the plugin settings on the old site, or remove the site under My Account → Licences. Then activate on the new one.

5. Renewals

Licences last one year. We e-mail you 30 and 7 days before expiry with a renewal link at 30 % off. Nothing is ever charged automatically. An expired licence keeps the plugin working but stops updates and support.

6. Refunds

14 days from purchase, no questions asked, as long as the licence has been activated on at most one production site. See the refund policy.

Plugin guides

Order Summary Column

Settings: WooCommerce → Settings → Order Summary. Choose the column heading and position, how many items to show, thumbnails, the totals line and the category badge. The product filter appears above the orders list automatically.

Ship Estimate

Settings: WooCommerce → Ship Estimate. Set the alert e-mail, business name, default transit days and which order statuses trigger the alert. All customer-facing e-mail text is on the same screen; placeholders are {customer_name}, {order_number}, {ship_date}, {delivery_range} and more.

Shipment Tracker

Settings: WooCommerce → Shipment Status. Enter Omniva OMX API credentials, or leave them blank to reuse the Omniva plugin’s. Pick which order statuses to poll and how often, then use Refresh all shipments now. Developers: the wx_shipment_status_changed action and the keyword and event-code filters.

Pending Products

Screen: WooCommerce → Pending products. Choose which order statuses count as unshipped in the form under the table. The dashboard widget shows the same figures.

Pickup Ready

Settings: WooCommerce → Pickup Ready for the button and pickup detection, and WooCommerce → Settings → Emails → Order ready for pickup for the address, opening hours and phone number. Replace the placeholders in the default text before going live.

Photo Reviews

Settings: WooCommerce → Settings → Reviews. Shortcodes: [wx_reviews_wall rows="2" columns="4"] and [wx_store_summary]. Request and coupon e-mail texts are under WooCommerce → Settings → Emails, each with a test-send button.

Smart Upsells

Settings: WooCommerce → Upsells. Build offers, set the rules that decide when they show, and read the take rate and revenue per offer on the same screen.
