One picking list for everything you owe
Tick which order statuses count as “still to ship” and the list recalculates — units per product, orders, and stock beside it. The CSV button really exports what you see.

Ten orders on the screen, but how many of each product do you actually need to pack? Pending Products answers that in one table: units waiting, how many orders they sit in, and current stock beside them.
Where it lives
A WooCommerce → Pending products screen and a dashboard widget, so the morning picking round starts on the home screen. Export the same table to CSV with a UTF-8 BOM, so Excel opens it correctly.
What counts as pending
The order statuses you choose. Processing and On hold by default; add or remove any status in the settings under the table.
Accurate on variations
Units are counted against the exact variation, not the parent product, so “Blue / L” and “Blue / M” never get merged into one number you cannot pick from.
Kept fresh
The summary is cached for five minutes and recalculated automatically whenever an order is created, deleted or changes status. “Refresh now” recalculates immediately.

Are variations counted separately?
Yes. Units are counted against the exact variation, so “Blue / L” and “Blue / M” are never merged into one number you cannot pick from.
Where do I see the list?
On the WooCommerce → Pending products screen and in a dashboard widget. You can export the same table to CSV (UTF-8 with BOM, so Excel opens it correctly).
How fresh are the numbers?
The summary is cached for five minutes and recalculated whenever an order is created, deleted or changes status. “Refresh now” recalculates immediately.
What happens after the first year?
The plugin keeps working exactly as before — we never disable anything remotely. Updates and support pause until you renew. We e-mail you 30 and 7 days ahead with a renewal link at 30% off, and nothing is ever charged automatically. Or choose Lifetime and never renew.
Can I pay once instead of every year?
Yes. Pick Lifetime above: one payment of 2.5× the yearly price, no renewals, and updates and support for as long as the plugin is maintained. Compared with renewing yearly, it becomes the cheaper option from year 4.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes — 30 days. If the plugin does not work for your store, we refund the full amount, as long as the licence has been activated on no more than one production site. It covers Lifetime licences too. Details are in the refund policy.
Do staging and local sites use up a licence slot?
No. Sites on localhost, *.local, *.test and subdomains named staging or dev do not count. A licence moves between sites any time: deactivate the old one under My Account → Licences, then activate the new one.
