Refund Policy

We want you to be sure. If a plugin does not work for your store, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount, provided the licence has been activated on no more than one production site.

To request a refund, use the contact form with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. The licence key is disabled once the refund is processed.

Renewals are refundable within 14 days of the renewal purchase.
