Ship Estimate
Pre-sale questions, support and custom work all land in the same inbox — the developer’s.
“When will it arrive?” is the most common support e-mail in a small store. Ship Estimate answers it before it is asked.
Three steps, no dashboard needed
- A customer pays. You get an e-mail with the order details and a Set shipping time button.
- The button opens a single-order screen – also reachable from the new “Ship time” column. Pick a planned ship date from the calendar, or type how many days until you ship, plus the transit time.
- The customer is e-mailed their ship-by date and a delivery window (ship date + transit −1 to +1 day). The estimate is stored on the order and shown on the order-received page and in My Account.
Bulk mode for a shipping day
Tick twenty orders in the list, choose the bulk action, set one ship date and transit time – every customer is e-mailed.
Every word is yours
Subject, greeting, intro, the three row labels, footer and signature are all editable in any language, with placeholders for the customer name, order number, ship date and delivery range. Leave a field blank to fall back to the English default.
Knows about local pickup
Pickup orders are excluded by default: no owner alert, skipped by the bulk action, and the column simply says “Pickup”.
Response times
Licence holders: within one business day (EET, Mon–Fri). Pre-sale: usually the same day.
